About Rosa Safe Haven
Housing that helps people move forward with dignity.
Rosa Safe Haven provides structured, substance-free independent shared housing for men who can live independently but need a safe and stable place to continue recovery, rebuild stability, and remain connected to helpful resources.
We are a housing program—not a clinical treatment, detox, nursing, personal-care, medication-administration, or 24-hour supervision provider. Outside professionals continue all clinical care and legal supervision.

Who may be referred
Men ready for independent, structured living.
- Adult men who can live independently
- Veterans and adults in substance-use recovery
- People transitioning from hospitals, detox, residential treatment, PHP, or IOP
- Adults with dual diagnoses receiving outside clinical care
- Re-entry participants, including probation or parole referrals
- Adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Basic eligibility
Admission is based on fit, safety, and availability.
- Can live independently without 24-hour supervision
- Agrees to a substance-free living environment
- Willing to follow house and community rules
- Has an approved way to meet housing costs
- Completes screening, intake, and required documentation
The exact residence address is shared only through the approved admission process to protect resident privacy and safety.
For referral partners
A clear, professional referral process.
We welcome appropriate referrals from treatment teams, hospitals, veteran organizations, courts, probation and parole, re-entry programs, case managers, social workers, coordinated entry, and community partners.

We review independent-living ability, eligibility, payment source, safety, and program fit.

Submit intake
The applicant completes intake and assessment; required documents and arrangements are reviewed.

Coordinate move-in
If approved and space is available, Rosa Safe Haven coordinates the move-in with the applicant and referral source.
